1. Scope of this policy
SR Constructions provides planning, construction, material contracting, interiors, supervision and turnkey services. Because these services are customised and may involve labour, professional time, procurement and site mobilisation, ordinary retail return rules do not apply.
2. Before work or procurement begins
A written cancellation request received before design work, procurement, booking, site mobilisation or third-party commitments begin may be eligible for a refund after deducting payment-processing charges and any documented work or expenses already incurred.
3. After services have started
Once planning, drawings, procurement, mobilisation or site work has started, amounts attributable to completed services, purchased or ordered materials, committed labour, professional fees, approvals and other non-recoverable costs are not refundable. Any eligible balance is calculated after reconciliation under the signed agreement.
4. Materials and customised items
Custom-made, cut, fabricated, installed, opened or specifically procured materials generally cannot be returned. Unused standard materials may be considered only when the supplier accepts a return; transport, restocking, damage and supplier deductions will apply.
5. Booking or advance payments
The treatment of booking amounts, advances and milestone payments follows the applicable quotation, work order or project agreement. Where that document specifies a cancellation charge or non-refundable component, those agreed terms apply.
6. How to request cancellation or refund
Contact us at +91 9391575730 with your name, project reference, payment details and reason for the request. We may ask for supporting documents. Approved refunds are made to the original payment method or verified bank account after account reconciliation.
7. Processing time and disputes
We will communicate the review outcome and expected processing period after receiving complete information. Bank or payment-provider timelines may apply. Nothing in this policy limits rights available under applicable law.
